Frequently asked questions
Shipping times: Shipping times do not include the time it takes for your order to be processed and packed in our warehouse. Our team proudly processes orders within 1-2 business days; however, during the holiday season (November through December) picking and packing time may take up to 10 business days from the date you place your order.
Tracking and managing deliveries: FedEx Delivery Manager® lets you easily track shipments, request package holds, and virtually sign for deliveries. For Canada Post, Automatic Tracking conveniently tracks and manages your deliveries and sets preferred delivery options for your packages.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a delivery notification may be left and the package taken to a depot where the customer must make arrangements to get the package.
Eligibility: Please make sure your area is serviced by your preferred shipping method before choosing it, as not all areas will qualify for Priority Service, and therefore your shipping times may vary from the standard service levels listed above.
Changing or cancelling and order: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our helpful Customer Experience team at info@sweetlegs.ca as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been shipped we aren't able to process the cancellation request; however, you can send your order back to us for a store credit. (Note: You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.)
