To keep your leggings looking vibrant and feeling soft, we recommend hand washing and flat drying them. For specific washing instructions for all other products, please see the fabric care tag sewn inside each garment.

Yes! You can view the entire website in French by changing your browser’s language settings. If you use Google Chrome as your web browser, simply right-click on the upper portion of the site and select “Translate to English”. In the window that will pop up, click on the three vertical dots followed by “Choose Another Language”. Select “French” and click on the button labeled “Translate”. Tada!

If you happen to be using Safari on an iPhone, tap the “aA” button in the bottom left corner of the address bar (where you enter the website URL). Tap “Website Settings” and select the desired language from the “Language” menu. Tap “Done” to save the changes and close the Website Settings menu.

SweetLegs Rewards is our exciting rewards program where you earn points that can be redeemed for anything on or There are three rewards tiers for customers and an additional four tiers for SweetLegs Independent Distributors, and as you advance to a higher level, you can earn rewards even faster.

After placing an order, you will receive an email within 7-10 days with a link to submit a product review; you will then have 90 days to submit it and your points will be automatically added to your account. Writing a text review earns you 150 points, and adding a photo or video to your review gets you an additional 100 points.

Points that are redeemed for store credit can be combined with other offers for extra savings.

You can view your points balance by signing into your account on the website and selecting the "Rewards" tab in the bottom right corner of your screen.

You can redeem your points for store credit or free items by signing into your account at or and clicking on the Rewards Launcher in the bottom right-hand corner. Click “All Rewards” to view the offers that are available to you based on your points balance. Gift cards require a minimum redemption of 1,000 points.

Yes. When an order is canceled, the points earned for that order will be removed from your points balance automatically.

Yes. Your points expire on a rolling one-year basis based on the date that they were earned. Making a purchase or redeeming points at least once every 365 days will maintain your points balance.

If you are concerned you may not make a purchase within 365 days of earning your points, you may redeem your points for a gift card (which does not expire) in the Rewards Launcher.

If you would like to earn points and purchase through a SweetLegs Independent Distributor, please contact your local ID for their unique referral link and use it to complete your purchase through or Currently, in-store purchases do not qualify for SweetLegs Rewards points.

Yes. When you share your unique link in your Rewards Launcher and a friend places an order after clicking the link, you will earn 250 points!

Points are not awarded when purchasing a gift card; however, points are earned by the recipient of the gift card when it is redeemed for products.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our helpful Customer Service team at as soon as possible.  Please note that if your order has already been shipped we aren't able to process the cancellation request; however, you can send your order back to us for a store credit. (Note: You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.).

If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us"> Your original order will be cancelled and refunded to allow you to place a new one.

A "processing" order means that we have received your order details and payment, and we are in the process of lovingly packing your items to ship them to you.

A "completed" order status means that we have packed and shipped your order.  YAY!  You can track the status of your parcel by referring to the tracking number provided in the confirmation email when we complete processing your order.

In the event that your purchased items go on sale within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, SweetLegs will gladly offer the difference (less shipping and taxes) in the form of a store credit. (This offer applies only to identical items.) Please note that SweetLegs does not match sales run by SweetLegs Independent Distributors.

Exclusions: "Final Sale" items are not eligible for price matching.

You will receive an email with your tracking information and order details. Sometimes our emails will sneak into your spam or junk folders, so if you haven’t received a final shipping notice from us, check those folders. We work hard to ensure that all orders are picked and packed accurately, but mistakes can happen. If you received your order and believe some items are missing, please go to our Return Portal and notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.  We'll be happy to investigate quickly and help you out.

We’re so sorry to hear that you received a damaged item!  Don’t worry - we’ll have that sorted out in no time! Please visit our Return Portal to provide us all the details needed to make this right and send you a replacement right away.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Orders received between Friday morning and Sunday night will be processed and shipped on the next business day (excluding holidays). Please note that the shipping times are in addition to our processing and packing timelines.

During high-volume sales events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day/Week, there may be some additional delays in processing times.

FedEx 2Day – Arrives in 1-2* business days once shipped (to most metropolitan areas).

FedEx Priority Overnight – Next business day once shipped (to most metropolitan areas) and 2-3 business days to other areas. 

Canada Post Expedited: 4-7* business days across Canada.

Canada Post Xpresspost: 2-3* business days across Canada (to most metropolitan areas).

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Flat Rate Shipping – We love spreading the SweetLegs love worldwide! We offer a low cost flat rate shipping option to the USA through FedEx International Economy. For orders destined to the USA, FedEx handles all deliveries including those going to PO boxes.

For international orders outside of North America, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the final destination. Please note, for international shipments you must shop on our website!

To ensure the safe delivery of parcels, we require a signature release for all orders over $125. If you do not wish to sign for your package, you may leave a note in your order comments requesting the signature to be waived. Please be aware that releasing a required signature is done at your own risk and SweetLegs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We want you to love your SweetLegs products. If you aren't completely happy with your purchased item(s), you may return them within 30 days of when you received your order for a store credit or exchange. Need additional details or answers? Refer to the Return Policy for more details.

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly issue an online gift card for the value of the item(s) (less shipping fees) for non-final sale items within 30 days of the product delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible (with the exception of manufacturing defects).

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of receipt) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

Products showing excessive wear and tear.

  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents. Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase: Clearance Section items, and/or items which were purchased at a mark-down price of 40% or greater. Items purchased from a licensed Independent Distributor or from our retail store. (Contact the original seller if you need support.)

  • Gift cards and accessories such as stickers, water bottles, sunglasses, etc. are not eligible unless defective.

  • Instances of abuse of the SweetLegs Return Policy.

  • The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of SweetLegs.

After your order has been delivered, you have up to 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. Package your item(s), attach the return label generated in our Return Portal, and drop off your parcel at the nearest Canada Post location. If you are unable to send your return within the 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking “Start a Return” and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.

Once your return has been initiated, you will receive an email which provides a link that allows you to check in on your returned parcel's status.  If you want to check in and know details of its whereabouts, please refer back to this email.

You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been processed by our team, which includes the creation of your store credit.

For purchases made at our retail store in Lake Country, BC, please return to the store to exchange or return an item.

If you make a purchase between September 1st and December 24th, you have until January 27th to make a return or exchange. For more details, check out our Return Policy. Use the Return Portal or email us if you have any issues.

If you choose to exchange an item for whatever reason, a flat fee of $18 is charged which is subtracted from your store credit.  This fee covers the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, as well as sending the new item(s) back to you. 

Please use the Return Portal to guide you through the process of returning or exchanging a defective item. You will be asked to upload a photo clearly showing the issue. You will then be prompted to either return or donate the item depending on the issue. If SweetLegs is responsible for the issue, we will cover the cost of sending back the item(s) and or replacing them (if available).

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our helpful Customer Service team at as soon as possible.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped we aren't able to process the cancellation request; however, you can send your order back to us for a store credit. (Note: You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.)

All SweetLegs accessories including scrunchies, sunglasses, and jewelry are final sale. Should one of these items be damaged or defective upon receipt, please immediately contact our friendly customer service team at and we will assist you with sending a replacement.

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option that allows you to save your credit card and shipping/billing details so you can complete your transaction quickly without needing to re-enter your information every time.

To opt-in to Shop Pay, click the box that says "Save my information for a faster checkout" and enter your mobile phone number after you've entered your shipping, billing, and credit card information.

The next time you check out, you will be immediately taken to the order review page. When you click “Authorize purchase”, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in a text message. You'll then be prompted to enter the code on the checkout page. After you enter the code, your order will be processed.

After you opt in to Shop Pay and complete the SMS verification, you can use your saved information on any Shopify checkout that has the feature enabled. You will not need to verify yourself again.

To opt out of Shop Pay for whatever reason, follow these instructions.

Yes. All applicable provincial/state and federal taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may be subject to taxes and duty which are outside of SweetLegs's control.

SweetLegs accepts up to three (3) gift cards per transaction. If you have more than 3 gift cards you would like to use on a purchase, please contact us at info@sweetlegs.caand include your gift card numbers so we may combine your multiple gift cards into a single one.

Most of our SweetLegs products are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked. So if you see something you like, be sure to grab it before it’s gone! If the item you want isn't available at the store, check online as we may have inventory in our warehouse. If that option falls through, reach out to your local Independent Distributor to see if they are carrying your desired item.
